Most of our products are water-free and do not require preservatives. However, in a few formulations where a small amount of water is used, we include mild, COSMOS-approved preservatives to ensure safety and stability. All products remain natural and meet strict natural cosmetic standards.

Most of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. Some collections include ethically sourced beeswax or propolis — this is clearly stated on each label.

1. How do I use a shampoo bar?
Wet your hair and the bar. Rub the bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create a lather. Massage in like regular shampoo, then rinse thoroughly. Store it dry between uses to make it last longer.
2. How do I use a conditioner bar?
After shampooing, rub the wet conditioner bar between your hands or glide it directly onto wet hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Leave it on for a minute or two, then rinse. It leaves hair soft without build-up.

3. How do I use a shower bar?
Wet your body and the bar. Lather directly on skin or a sponge and rinse off. Our shower bars are gentle, nourishing, and ideal for daily use.

4. What’s the best way to use a shower oil?
Apply the oil to wet skin after showering, while you're still in the shower. Massage gently and rinse lightly for extra hydration. Νo need for lotion afterward.

5. How do I use a cleansing or exfoliating face bar?
Wet your face and the bar. Rub between hands or directly on the skin in gentle circular motions. Rinse well. Use daily for the cleansing bar, and 2–3 times per week for the exfoliating one.

Massage a small amount of oil into damp or dry skin after bathing or whenever your skin needs moisture. A little goes a long way, leaving the skin silky and lightly scented.

7. Can I use your oils on my hair?
Yes! Apply a few drops of hair oil to the ends of damp or dry hair to smooth frizz and add shine. For a deep treatment, use more oil and leave it in for 30+ minutes before shampooing.

8. How do I use your balms?
Warm a small amount of balm between your fingers and massage into dry areas (lips, elbows, cuticles, feet, etc.). Our balms are rich and concentrated — ideal for targeted care.
